I arrived here in Queebville on tuesday, it was blazing sunshine and the courses werde bone dry, not that i dont like the mud here.....its just that its always wet here, so i though tthe dry might make a good change.....however the heavens opened last night and 24 hours later its still pouring rain, ah well, itll still be fun, we have a washing machine in out condo here so thats all that you need when its wet.....

Slalom racing here at Deer Valley was held last night, a decent amount of people came out watch the racing which was cool, after qualifying first the night before i was wanting the win, and i got it! I came up against my teammate, Rich Houseman in the final and it was real tight.....I made a few mistakes but just got him in the end.......

day 2 of Deer valley norba was today, Dh track is the same as the last 2 years, its a pretty cool course, real dusty and rocky, im pretty into it, and i feel awesome on the course, ive done 10 runs in the last 2 days and im ready to race...feeling quite confident, ive won here before and i want to do it again....

Back in The US now for the Norba at Deer Valley this weekend, my first norba of the year and im looking forward to it, after 5 weeks in Europe im looking forward to hopefully some dust and rocks, i always love racing in the US as its more similar to back home.... not sure which riders are coming but itll be a good field im sure....

4X finals were last night, some good racing was had and some not so good.....It poured rain just as racing started which delayed racing as it was raining that hard, and it turned the track into a soupy extremely slippery mess.....i was pretty into it though, got through my first 2 rounds no worries, had a tough round of 16 but managed to progress, and had a tough semi also, was in 2nd the whole way and was thinking i was safe when on the last turn of the track i slid on the wet tarmac and almost binned it, and Gee atherton snuck under me....gutted, Then had the small final....had a good start
