Im in the middle of getting a root canal done at the dentist, I had appointment 2 of 3 today. It sucked.......but I want to be sure I dont get any Tooth aches during the world cup season......waahhhh!

random question of the day.... my dentist appointment was for 910 am, so I woke up at about 745, and for such an early hour I had a lot on my mind....the main thing on my mind was the 3 step fresh breath program..... which consists of.

1. Listerene mouth wash
2. brushing the teeth THOROUGHLY!
3. breath mints to ensure freash breath

Nothing exciting going on at the moment really, training has hit full swing again in the last 2.5 weeks, after 3 months of slow build up, in preperation for the upcoming season.

After my quick rant in my previous post on 4X tracks got me thinking. I usually just get on with my riding and ride whatever is put in front of me because nobody at the UCI ever seems to listen when it comes to building 4X tracks. So I thought I would post this in some kind of attempt to get my point across and hope that someone who can make some changes will actually listen!
