Nothin Much

For some reason I feel I should update whats going on. Had a few cool things going on, new Monster contract is sorted out, also a few things for 2010, so its been interesting, but nothing new to report, same sponsors at this time.

Most exciting thing (for me atleast haha) is that things are getting more sorted out at home, while its offseason, and a time of limited bike riding, it's the perfect time to get things in line for the 2010 season, and as boring as it may sound for some, a new squat rack for the garage, with all the weights, plyo boxes, and other training goodies all set up. Please Excuse my excitement, but training aids are my fetish haha!

Apart from that, all my bikes are 99% dialled ready for 2010 season prep. I feel a little bit O.C.D with having everything arranged for training.

Had a new thing I've been doing the last few days, Slalom down a very rocky/downhill/gravel road, on the BMX, with slick tires, Shit it's fun! if you can't get a feel for what your bike is doing, while doing that, I have no idea how your meant to practice getting your drift on!
