so basically ill post a proper report at a later date...but for now im so angry with the UCI that words cant describe.... was well out in front in the semi final of the 4x, and Scott Beaumont comes from 3rd, and in the 2nd turn, cuts across the flag, which is an automatic DQ, then t-bones me in the turn which should be a 2nd DQ, and he advances.... UCI officials didnt want to know anything about it, we have video.... clear as day evidence, and he clarly cuts the course and they couldnt care less...... its an absolute joke, i have never been so pissed off ever......i felt on for the win all night, and i got screwed over by a less than half ass...couldnt care less decision......UCI is a joke, you guys here suck! and whats worse is that nothing will happen to any of the officials for their decisions.... they just couldnt care......there was also multiple complaints from numerous riders from their decisions.....the UCI calls were all over the shop......i cant beleive no punches were thrown....its a WORLD CUP for crying out loud, get it together people! Do you people even know what money is invloved with getting riders to locations all over the world to contest the series for this to happen.....

and last note, credit were credit is due....johannes fishbach was ridng so good here, that guys was gating so fast it wasnt funny.... wanted to say good stuff after that race even if things didnt work out for ya, but you were on it!!

This is straight from the UCI 4X rulebook
Rule Number 4.4.001 4-Cross is an elimination event where four riders compete side by side on the same downhill course. The nature of this competition is such that there may be some unintentional contact between the riders. This shall be tolerated if the president of the commissaires' panel considers that it remains within the spirit of the event, fair play and a sporting attitude to other competitors.
I was at the 2006 worlds and I was shocked at some of the moves laid down there. I couldn't believe they didn't get more attention from riders and officials. Everyone was acting like "that's just how it is" sort of thing. As someone relatively new to 4X let me say this, it doesn't look good, it's not something the sport needs. I'm not saying make it no contact but just plain deliberate t bones taking riders down has to be outlawed if the sport wants to be taken seriously. Just my opinion.
And about missing the gate
Rule Number 4.2.012 The riders are required to pass through each gate without straddling it: i.e. the two wheels of the bicycle must follow a path outside each gate. This will be determined by judges located along the course. A missed or straddled gate will result in disqualification unless the rider goes to the trouble of returning to pass it correctly.

The UCI does not care about racers...
As far as I am concerned the UCI does not care about the riders which is why I have refused to renew my UCI license for the last 4 years. I would have loved to race a few events once in awhile but as long as they continue to not care I will continue to not support them.
That was rediculous the way they handled what happened to you in St Anne. It is inexcuseable if you ask me. I got a bum call in the round of 8 at Big Bear like 7 years ago and it still pisses me off. You are right, it takes an ton of resources to get everyone to the races and to have the UCI treat you like that is pathetic. Especially when you have straight up proof of what happened.
Don't let this B.S. be forgotten....make a big deal. Ridrers have to take a stand at some point. My only stand is to refuse to renew my license. This is your livelhood so you can't do that, but I think you and your Team should do something about this...

hi as a bmx officicial. i have come across some wierd desisions . mostly stupid . i cannot understand with bmx and mtbs getting more press that the judges do not clamp down on wreckless riders . between zones state and country they blame the others not themselfs ,why can they not get along ,now that uci has thrown their hand in it is going to the dogs . i have watch jarred ride at the top level , being agressive . foltless and determined with skill and practice. is the way to win . not by doing elegle moves .ride with your head high .knowing that you win in the end . good luck at the worlds ,ps your invited the yandina to ride sunshine coasts upgraded track with joel clark dirk winter and micheal volk and flemo ,,, thanks kim
